Street Missions – Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the Street Missions mobile application (the “App”) and related services at streetphotographyberlin.com.

2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are legally allowed to do so in your jurisdiction. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where legally permitted),

interfere with or disrupt the App or its security features,

use the App for unlawful purposes or infringe third-party rights,

scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to access the App unless expressly permitted.
5. Content and intellectual property
All App content (e.g., text, missions, exercises, branding) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
6. Subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and billing
The App may offer paid features via subscriptions (monthly/yearly) and/or one-time lifetime purchases.
a) Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel via your Apple App Store or Google Playaccount settings.
b) Payments
Payments are processed by Apple/Google. We do not receive your full payment details.
c) Trials
If a free trial is offered, your subscription converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
d) Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.
7. Changes to the App
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including for maintenance, security, or product improvements.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Subscriptions must be canceled through your App Store/Google Play settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
